I have a technical error, how can I report it?

Make a report

If you have a technical failure in your rented accommodation, you can report it online to Pactum Vastgoed via your personal tenant portal. Make sure you clearly describe the problem so that we can take action as quickly as possible.

  • 1: Login to your personal portal
  • 2: Click “notifications”
  • 3: Click “new” (green button)
  • 4: Select your problem category
  • 5: Clearly describe the fault
  • 6: Optionally add a photo of the fault
  • 7: Click send
  • 8: Pactum Vastgoed will process the report
  • 9: If necessary, send additional messages via the created notification
  • 10: Keep a close eye on the status of your report

Login to the portal

Click “new” to create a fault report:

Complete the form as completely as possible and click send:

Pactum Vastgoed accepts the notification and sets it to active:

Click “send a message” for questions or to provide additional information:
