Ik ben Hans. Ik heb jarenlange ervaring in de vastgoedmarkt. Na tien jaar werkzaam te zijn geweest in de sector, besloot ik mijn eigen weg te gaan en startte Pactum Vastgoed. Ik haal mijn energie uit het creëren van tevreden klanten en hou van een persoonlijke aanpak.

Mijn naam is Barry en ik werk als technisch opzichter bij Pactum Vastgoed. Met ruim 20 jaar ervaring in de bouw ben ik van alle markten thuis. Mijn expertise ligt in het coördineren en controleren van bouw en renovatieprojecten waarbij kwaliteit en efficiëntie vooropstaan.
Dankzij mijn brede vakkennis en praktijkervaring zorg ik ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen en voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden.

Ik ben Amor en ik werk sinds mei 2024 bij Pactum Vastgoed. Ik heb jarenlange ervaring in de financiële administratie, ben een doorzetter en ik doe mijn werk met passie. De informele sfeer bij ons op kantoor vind ik erg fijn!

Our Office
Our office is located at Oude Delft 37, along one of the beautiful historic canals in the heart of Delft. We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Visits are by appointment only, allowing us to dedicate quality time to our clients. Parking via the visitor arrangement is available; please let us know in advance so we can register you on time.
