Your property online quickly
After our introductory meeting, we will visit your business premises to record the location and take photos for the online ad. The property is quickly presented on our website, Pararius and other platforms, and is shared with our extensive network of business tenants.
In-depth tenant screening
We carefully screen prospective tenants, requesting important documents such as a landlord statement, employment agreement and salary slips. If necessary, we will carry out a credit check so that you are assured of a reliable tenant.
Lease agreement
After approval from the prospective tenant, we will draw up a legally correct rental agreement. The 1st month's rent and deposit will be paid, and when you transfer the keys, you will receive a delivery report including photos.
Rent paid on time
We ensure timely rent collection via our Third-Party Funds Foundation and carefully monitor whether the rent payments are paid.
