What if I canceled the rent too late?

If you sent the cancellation too late, it will automatically be postponed to the end of the next month, even if it is only one day late. So make sure you send your cancellation in time. The notice period is at least 1 calendar month, so it is not possible to move in the middle of a month.

Example 1 (correct cancellation)

If you want to move on 31-05-2025, make sure you send us your cancellation no later than 30-04-2025. If you send the cancellation after 30-04-2025, you are too late.

Example 2 (late cancellation)

If you want to move on 31-05-2025 and you send us your cancellation letter on 01-05-2025, you are too late with your cancellation. The end date will then automatically be moved to 30-06-2025.
