Why am I getting a letter from a debt collection agency?

You will receive a letter from our collection agency because, despite the three payment reminders received earlier, you still have not paid the rent due. They compile a file and give you another opportunity to pay the rent within the period set by the collection agency.

Legal action

If no payment is made within the specified period, the file will be placed in the hands of a bailiff for further legal action. All costs that are incurred will then be at your expense and, in addition, termination of the rental agreement will be required.
