Why did I receive a reminder?

First payment reminder

If the rent is not paid on time, you will receive a payment reminder immediately on the 2nd day of the month. Follow the instructions on the reminder and make sure that the rent is paid as soon as possible.

Second payment reminder

If the rent payment is still not received 3 days after the first payment reminder, you will receive a second reminder, which is also the last warning. Follow the instructions on the reminder and pay the outstanding rent immediately. After the second warning, we forward the outstanding items to the collection agency and collection costs are charged.
