The key transfer takes place on the commencement date of the rental agreement at the address of the rented accommodation. You always receive the key from a Pactum Vastgoed employee, so never accept the former occupant's key.

Delivery condition of the living space

Homelets provides the delivery report during the key transfer. In addition, we take photos to determine the state of completion of the home.
