What account number do I have to pay the monthly rent to?

Your rental contract specifies how you must pay your monthly rent. Here you can also read whether you have to pay the rent to Pactum Vastgoed or directly to the landlord. It also describes whether the rent is deducted from your bank account by direct debit or whether you have to pay it yourself by bank transfer.

Rent payment by bank transfer

If it has been agreed that you pay the rent monthly by bank transfer, you can use the account details stated in the rental contract. Make sure that the rent payment is always paid before the 1st of the month.

Rent payment by direct debit

If it has been agreed that you pay the rent by direct debit, the monthly rent will be debited around the 27th of the month. This concerns the rent for the next month. For example, the rent for the month of October will be deducted from your bank account around September 27. So make sure you have sufficient funds in your account.
