Can I sell or transfer furniture and other goods to the new tenant?

Rules concerning the sale or takeover of furniture

It is not allowed to transfer or sell furniture or other personal property to the succeeding tenant. Upon completion, the living space must be completely empty and clean. An exception to this is if the living space is rented furnished, only the furniture and objects included in the rental agreement are left behind.
