I want to terminate my lease, how does that work?

Cancelling in writing

The rental contract must always be terminated in writing by email or registered letter. Once we have received the letter, you will receive a written confirmation from us.

Notice period

The rental contract specifies the minimum notice period. In the case of living space, this is at least 1 full calendar month. Also, check your contract to see if the minimum rental period has already expired. Please note that it is not possible to cancel your lease in the middle of a month.

Where can I send my cancellation letter?

You can send your cancellation to info@homelets.nl stating:

  • Your full name
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Address of the rented property
