Renting out your house

If you decide to rent out your house through Pactum Vastgoed, we will first make an appointment for an introductory meeting during which we will provide you with advice concerning the rental price, and we will inform you about Dutch laws and regulations.

After the introductory meeting we will visit the location to screen the property and take photos for the online advertisement. After that, we will advertise the rental property immediately on our own website, Pararius and other partners. The new advertisement will also be automatically sent to our extensive client base.

Pactum Vastgoed stands for quality and therefore provides an extensive screening of prospective tenants to prevent non-payment and other problems. We always ask for a landlord statement, employment contract, recent salary slips, possibly a guarantee statement, and if necessary, we perform a credit check. As soon as there is an agreement between the landlord and the tenant, we draw up a legally correct tenancy agreement and receive the 1st month’s rent and the deposit. Finally, we provide a move-in report including photos when the key is handed over on the start date of the tenancy agreement.

In addition to arranging the rental, we can also unburden you by taking care of the property management. For the management of your portfolio we have several possibilities, in which the activities can be tailored to your wishes.

Pactum Vastgoed arranges rent collection, financial administration, rental administration, and technical maintenance in a professional manner.  We have put together two standard packages, but it is also possible to customize your package. This means you can choose to have the different services performed separately.
